Initial piece made was not exactly what I wanted & without any push-back or excuses, they offered to redo the job. They were not willing to quit until I was satisfied. Vawda Goldgem jewellers are my go to jewellers. I have always had a wonderful experience when I visit the store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recently traded in my jewellery to make some new designs. They were very helpful and advised me of the latest design and made me a beautiful set and ring. Their workmanship is of a high standard. They've been our best jewellers since the past 10 years or so. Made both my daughters jewellery for their weddings. Will definitely pay them a visit next time I'm in Durban.
